These terms apply to the use of DupliFind, including the free version and the paid Pro version. By using the app you agree to these terms.
1. Who are we?

2. What does DupliFind offer?
DupliFind is a browser-based tool for finding duplicate files on your local device, NAS or external drive. The free version finds exact duplicates. The Pro version adds visual comparison, a one-by-one navigator and Smart Select.
3. Paid access
- One-time (€4.99): access to the cleanup features, valid for up to 24 hours after payment.
- Lifetime (€29.99): access forever, via a personal link. No subscription, no automatic renewal.
- Access is personal and not meant to be shared.
4. Right of withdrawal
DupliFind delivers digital access that is available immediately after payment. At checkout you give explicit consent for the service to start right away and you acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal as soon as you use the cleanup feature, meaning as soon as you delete files. From that moment a refund is no longer possible.

5. Liability
DupliFind is a tool for finding and deleting duplicates. Deleting files is irreversible. We are not liable for files that you delete via the app. Always keep a recent backup of your files before you start cleaning up.
DupliFind is provided "as is". We give no warranty of uninterrupted availability.
6. Intellectual property
All rights to DupliFind, including the code, the design and the name, belong to the maker of DupliFind. You may use the app, but not copy, reverse-engineer or resell it.
7. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
8. Changes
We may amend these terms. We will communicate material changes via the website or by email to Pro users. The most current version is always available on this page.
